Goals and Proposal
The aim of the project is to generate spaces for relationship and social integration in a very disintegrated territory in order to link it to the functional infrastructure of the Town Center. A healthy space that respects its natural environment. At the same time, to respond to a public investment that, while guaranteeing versatility of present and future use, it is a building of minimum construction cost, energy demand as well as maintenance cost. Functional Program
The building complies with a socio-cultural functional program in which coexists an administrative area, services and facilities, and social and cultural activities spaces. The program is developed on a single-story building where the access area is also the one that distributes users and uses. Around this access, there are 3 large multipurpose spaces that can be differently managed through big sliding doors enjoying maximum solar incidence along with landscape relationship
Thermal and Energetic Capacities
The passive systems and solar radiation regulation on the building perimeter is controlled through vegetative pergolas, ventilation courtyard, the SATE façade system thermal isolation, thermal inertia provided by the subsoil, five solar collectors and a Trombe Wall façade that include an air chamber and an interior ventilation system that allows the building to maintain a temperature higher than the exterior during the winter period.
