A large entrance hall on the southern side, measuring 75 m in height, serves as the main entrance and a “climate control” space, leveraging its exposure to ensure energy efficiency. The web pattern of the façade is a metaphor for the network of relationships and plays a primary role in creating an organic appearance. The Tower is made of steel, timber, and glass. It will accommodate retail spaces, a 270-seat auditorium, offices, and a panoramic rooftop garden with an area dedicated to public and cultural events.

The double-skin envelope is a dynamic system that insulates the building during the winter and prevents overheating during the summer, ensuring energy efficiency. All these features – together with the solar panels on the façade and a dual rainwater harvesting system – allow the building to reach a LEED Platinum certification. The envelope ends in a steel and glass canopy, a distinctive feature of the building, which mitigates the effects of weather agents and creates a public space of exceptional quality and beauty in the plaza, highlighted by a series of high visual impact pedestrian connections.
