The landscape program prioritizes flexibility and multifaceted connectivity, with an extensive garden serving as a green foundation for separate lobbies and an elevated podium-level pool that emerges from the tree canopy. A series of unique green spaces are layered into this parti and then, at a more focused site level, a strong design language — inspired by a fingerprint pattern — adds another layer that is expressed through dynamic forms and materiality, creating a unified outdoor setting.
