A new innovation hub is housed in an existing tilt up construction warehouse. The 21,000 square foot co-working space includes open work areas, two shared kitchens, meeting spaces, private offices and a large gathering and presentation area for events. The 14,000 square foot sister makerspace and prototype lab is an incubator for hardware start-up companies offering 3d printers, CNC machines, laser cutters, wet labs, and a metal and wood workshop. Spaces were opened to expose rafters, concrete floors and walls, and large steel structural elements.
