The building is located at a strategic point, where architecture and natural environment blend to create a unique and attractive space.

Objective: The objective of this project is to design a sustainable and multifunctional building, with a metal structure, that minimizes its environmental impact and maximizes its energy efficiency by taking advantage of the building's orientation to optimize natural light capture and reduce thermal load through the design of a double facade.

Building Description: The building is located on a rectangular plot, with a north-south orientation. The main facade faces north, while the rear facade faces south. Considering the location and climate of Ushuaia, the building was designed with a double facade to adapt to local conditions. The sustainable building with a double facade is an example of how architecture can respond to current environmental challenges. Careful orientation and incorporation of sustainable systems make this building a model of energy efficiency and sustainability."
